5.2.4. TROUBLE SHOOTING
In PHOTO FRAME mode:

6 MAINTENANCE
Clean the equipment with a dry and soft cloth. Never use cleaning agents
or solvents
Possible Cause – things to do/check
Check if the correct language option has been set. Set the language
selection in the Setup menu.
The card has been inserted in the wrong direction.
Insert the cards in correct direction.
The flash capacity is not large enough. Restart the unit, delete some
files, or format the flash memory.
Unit doesn't turn on or AC adapter connection is incorrect.
Check if the unit is turned on or AC adaptor is properly connected.
The file format is not supported or USB is incorrectly connected or the
memory card is damaged. Make sure the file format is supported or
the computer and the player are in the correct connection or the
memory card is not damaged
The card is not compatible with the unit or the file format is incorrect.
Use another card or change to a correct file format
Possible Cause – things to do/check
- The AUTO mode is selected on the camera, when there is no noise
detected by the camera it stops transmitting to save power.
The screen then turns itself off. Select the CAMERA MODE on the
camera to disable this function.
- The unit has not been switched on.
- AC/DC adaptor has not been connected.
- Adjust the position of the Camera or Monitor.
- The transmitter may not be transmitting (either not powered on or in
voice activation mode).
- Wrong Channel. Change the channel by pressing Channel selection
button (3) in the USB receiver. After selecting the four channels if the
image from the camera still doesn't appear, you should connect the
camera and USB receiver (please see "Channel linking" in section
5.2.2.3.)
- The Camera has the lens cover. Remove the lens cover from the
camera lens (3).
- The unit has not been switched on.
- AC/DC adaptor has not been connected.
- Check if the CAMERA AUTO mode is switched on.
- The camera lens is not properly adjusted. Move camera lens (3) to
focus the image.
