Start-up process
The temperature monitor prevents the handheld extrusion welder from starting when it is in a cold state.

After switching on the main switch (1) press any key on the operating unit (32). The device then heats to the most
recently set target temperatures. When the target temperatures have been reached, a counter in the status
display counts back from 30 seconds to zero. After this start-up process, the device is ready for welding
(Ready* status). The handheld extrusion welder reaches its operating temperature after approx. 5 minutes.
In the event of a brief power supply interruption, it is not necessary to start a new start-up process.
