7. Care and maintainance To clean your thermometer’s casing and measuring probe, use an alcohol swab or cotton tissue moistened with alcohol (70% Isopropyl). Ensure that no liquid enters the interior of the thermometer. Take care not to scratch the surface of the probe lens and the display. -
