Warm can be used as a single function.
1.
Press ON/OFF.
2.
Press and hold down WARM for 2 seconds. Unit will beep twice
and will begin to warm.
• Adjust warming time by pressing COOK TIME. Press - or + to
select warming time range.
Note: The Warm function can be added or canceled at any
time during the cooking process. Press WARM to add or delete
the function.
Probe
Probe temperature range is 100°F~210°F. Default probe temperature
is 160°F.

Connect Probe into the unit (jack)
and insert other end of Probe into
your food.
Slide Base Tray with Fry
Pan Basket back into Brio.
Note: Wire of Probe will be in between
Basket and unit.

Press PROBE. Press - or + to
adjust to desired probe temperature
(e.g., 170F or 170°F).
3.
Press START/PAUSE. Unit will start to cook your food to the
desired internal temperature.
4.
During cooking, the current probe temperature will be displayed.
While unit displays Probe temperature, probe will be lit.
• Press COOK TEMP. The cooking temperature of the Brio and
time will be displayed.
5.
Press and hold down PROBE for 2 seconds. The set temperature
of Probe will be displayed. Adjust desired Probe temperature by
pressing - or +, if needed.
• If the cooking time is finished but desired probe temperature
has not yet been achieved, the Brio will continue cooking until
Probe temperature is reached.
• If the set cooking temperature is lower than the target Probe
temperature and START/PAUSE is pressed, the display will
show an error message, Prob. The unit will beep three times
and will not start cooking.
• If the Probe is unplugged durring cooking, the unit will
continue to cook until it reaches the set temperature.
