MANUTENZIONE
- La macchina e la zona di lavoro devono essere pulite, ma
non usare mai aria compressa per la pulizia.
- Le parti mobili devono essere pulite e ben lubrificate (XM2
ISO 3498), esempio 1 (Fig.11).
- Qualora la traversa dovesse restare a lungo inutilizzata, si
consiglia di procedere a una verifica delle guarnizioni (per
accertarsi che non siano danneggiate), a un controllo del
circuito e alla lubrificazione delle parti mobili.

MAINTENANCE
- The machine and the working area must be cleaned but
compressed air should never be used for cleaning.
- The moving parts must be cleaned and well lubricated (XM2
ISO 3498),example 1 (Fig. 11).
- Should the wheel free jack remain idle for a long time, the
gaskets must be checked (to make sure these are not
damaged) along with the circuit and lubrication of moving
parts.

WARTUNG
- Die Ausrüstung und das Arbeitsumfeld müssen sauber sein.
Zur Reinigung aber nie Druckluft verwenden.
- Die in Bewegung stehenden Teile müssen sauber und gut
geschmiert sein (XM2 ISO 3498), Beispiel 1 (Abb. 11).
- Wird der Heber über längere Zeit nicht eingesetzt wird
empfohlen, die Dichtungen zu überprüfen (zum Sicherstellen,
dass sie nicht beschädigt sind) sowie die Kreise und die
Schmierung der beweglichen Teile zu kontrollieren.

ne jamais utiliser d'air comprimé pour le nettoyage.
- Les parties mobiles doivent être propres et bien lubrifiées
(XM2 ISO 3498), exemple 1, Fig. 11.
- En cas de non utilisation prolongée de la traverse, il est
recommandé de vérifier les joints (pour s'assurer qu'ils ne
sont pas endommagés), de contrôler le circuit et la lubrification
des parties mobiles.

- En caso de que no se utilice durante un largo periodo la
parte transversal, se aconseja que se controlen las
guarniciones (para asegurarse de que no hayan sufrido
daños), así como el circuito y que se lubriquen las partes
móviles.

6.1 Ripristino livello olio
Controllare ogni 50 ore di lavoro il livello dell'olio all'interno del
serbatoio della pompa idraulica 2 (Fig.11) di comando della
traversa ed eventualmente ripristinarlo nel modo seguente:
- abbassare completamente la traversa;
- togliere il tappo 3 (il livello dell'olio deve coincidere con il
bordo del serbatoio);
- se necessario rabboccare utilizzando olio tipo NUTO H32-
30,7 cst 40° (ESSO) o equivalente.
ATTENZIONE! UTILIZZARE SEMPRE OLIO AVENTE
LE MEDESIME CARATTERISTICHE CHIMICHE; E' AS-
SOLUTAMENTE VIETATO UTILIZZARE, ANCHE SOLO
PER RABBOCCHI, OLII DI TIPI DIVERSI TRA LORO.
6.1 Topping-up the oil
Every 50 work hours, check the level of the oil inside the tank
of the hydraulic pump 2 (Fig. 11) which controls the wheel free
jack and, if necessary, top this up as follows:
- completely lower the wheel free jack
- remove the cap 3 (the oil level must coincide with the edge
of the tank)
- if necessary, top up using oil type NUTO H32-30,7 cst 40°
(ESSO) or equivalent
CAUTION! ALWAYS USE OIL WITH THE SAME CHEMI-
CAL SPECIFICATIONS; NEVER EVER MIX DIFFER-
ENT TYPES OF OIL, NOT EVEN WHEN TOPPING UP.
6.1 Wiederherstellung des Ölstands
Jeweils nach 50 Arbeitsstunden den Ölstand im Tank der
Hydrauliksteuerpumpe 2 (Abb. 11) des Hebers kontrollieren
und falls nötig folgendermassen nachfüllen:
- Den Heber komplett einfahren.
- Den Stopfen 3 (der Ölstand muss mit dem Tankrand
übereinstimmen) entfernen.
- Falls nötig mit
gleichwertigem Öl nachfüllen.
ACHTUNG: STETS ÖL MIT DIESEN CHEMISCHEN
MERKMALEN VERWENDEN. ES IST ABSOLUT
VERBOTEN, AUCH NUR ZUM NACHFÜLLEN
VONEINANDER ABWEICHENDE ÖLTYPEN ZU
VERWENDEN.
l'huile à l'intérieur du réservoir de la pompe hydraulique 2 (Fig.
11) de commande de la traverse et rajouter de l'huile en
procédant comme suit:
- faire descendre entièrement la traverse;
- ôter le bouchon 3 (le niveau de l'huile doit coïncider avec
le bord du réservoir);
- remplir si nécessaire en utilisant de l'huile type NUTO H32-
30,7 cst 40° (ESSO) ou toute autre huile équivalente.
ATTENTION: UTILISER TOUJOURS DE L'HUILE QUI
A LES MEMES CARACTERISTIQUES CHIMIQUES; IL
EST STRICTEMENT INTERDIT D'UTILISER, MEME SI
CE N'EST QUE POUR LES REMPLISSAGES, DES
HUILES QUI DIFFERENT LES UNES DES AUTRES.
6.1 Restablecimiento del nivel del aceite
Cada 50 horas de trabajo es necesario controlar el nivel del
aceite al interno del tanque de la bomba hidráulica 2 (Fig. 11)
de mando del travesaño y eventualmente restablecerlo del
siguiente modo:
- bajar completamente el travesaño;
- quitar la tapa 3 (el nivel del aceite debe coincidir con el borde
del tanque),
- si fuera necesario rellenar utilizando aceite tipo NUTO H32-
30,7 cst 40° (ESSO) o equivalente.
ATENCION: HAY QUE UTILIZAR SIEMPRE ACEITE
QUE TENGA LAS MISMAS CARACTERISTICAS
QUIMICAS; ESTA TERMINANTEMENTE PROHIBIDO
UTILIZAR, AUNQUE SEA SOLO PARA RELLENAR,
ACEITES DE TIPO DIFERENTES.
