TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE
This table facilitates identification of the cause of the defect. The manufacturer recommends that the technical service department
is contacted in good time, to obtain instructions for operating and/or adjusting in condition of maximum safety.

9.1 Hydraulic wheel free jack
PROBLEMS
The jack does not slide
smoothly and load is
unstable.
The pump works but is
not supplying oil .
The jack works
unloaded but not when
loaded.
The pump reaches but
will not hold maximum
pressure.
9.2 Pneumatic-hydraulic wheel free jack
PROBLEMS
The pump does not start
or stops during the
operation (before
reaching the maximum
pressure).
The pump works but does
not send oil
Low capacity
The pump does not reach
the maximum pressure.
The pump reaches the
maximum pressure but
does remain under
pressure.
Excessive oil leaks from
the air drainage.
Oil tank gets up to
pressure with air and oil
leaks from the valve.
Pump continues to pump
even after the pedal has
been released.
After a period of disuse,
the pump does not start.
CAUSES
a) Sliding rollers do not rest properly
(a roller does not rest on the platform)
a) Low oil level.

Load exceeds allowed limit.

Piston seals damaged.
Pressure relief valve leaking.

Check hydraulic connections.

Check ball of pressure relief valve.

Oil leak on connected equipment.

- Check that the oil filter is not blocked
