Solution
Make sure that the unit's power cord is connected to an appropriate
electrical outlet and the wall socket is switched on
Rotate the power/volume knob clockwise to increase the volume
Make sure the function knob is set to TAPE AUX
Make sure it is properly inserted
Make sure the function knob is set to PHONO
Check you have removed the stylus guard
Make sure you have selected the right speed (33 1 /3, 45 or 78 rpm).
Make sure the cable is securely connected and check the volume on you
external device
Make sure the function knob is set to TAPE AUX
Check the function knob is set to CD
Make sure the memory device is properly inserted in the USB port/SD card slot
Check file format is MP3, device/card format is FAT32 and capacity is not
more than 32Gb
