GUARANTEE

This pump is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty includes free replacement
of defective parts or equipment, the choice being left to the initiative of DIPRA.
This warranty covers all the consequences of faults or hidden defects (Article 1641 of the Civil Code).
Conditions of validity of the warranty: The unit must always be handled properly according to the
instructions of this manual. The unit must not have been modified or have been repaired by any person
other than authorized Service Center
Warranty no longer applies in the following cases:
- Non-compliance with the instructions (especially non-protection against freezing, pumping sand, dry
running, incorrect electrical connection ...)
- Attempting to repair the machine
- Changes in the technical elements of the pump
- Use of replacement parts other than original.
- Damage / malicious (fall or dents on the unit).
- Inappropriate use (eg industrial, continuous operation), and in particular passage of hard and heavy
particles (stones), passage of an excessive amount of sand, salt water, water with high lime content ...
- Lack of maintenance or cleaning
Parts not covered by the warranty (if these parts are supplied with the pump)
Rope suspension, fitting.
A repair or exchange with a new product during the warranty period does not extend the original
warranty period.
Management of equipment under warranty is provided by the supplier of the product. The product
must be accompanied by all accessories and receipt or original invoice and a letter explaining the
reason for return or the trouble symptoms observed.
Spare parts: DIPRA strives to provide the main parts for this product on and off warranty period. The
planned duration of five years from the date of manufacture, which appears on the rating plate of the
product.
