14.4 Scheduled maintenance
The display will show the necessary maintenance procedures every 2000 wash cycles performed by the machine. Preventive
maintenance procedures must be performed depending on the number of wash cycles that have been completed.
If the machine is used fewer than 15 times a day (average value) it must still undergo periodic inspection according to the time
intervals indicated in the table (or at least once a year).
The procedures necessary for adequate scheduled maintenance depending on the machine's wash cycle number and/or operating
time are indicated below:
A.
Check the rotary jets: impurities, proper rotation
B.
Check for leaks from the basin seal
C.
Check power connections on the electric board
D.
Clean the hot and cold water supply solenoid valves
Check if trap welds leak
E.
Clean the steam generator supply solenoid valve
F.
G.
Visually inspect the condition of the basin seal and
the silicone band
H.
Check the gas spring (replace as necessary)
I.
Check liquid tube connections
Check (if present) the clogged trap sensor
J.
K.
Check the direction of the lower jets and check
their seals for leaks (located between the fitting and
the basin)
L.
Clean the level probe in the storage tank
M.
Check (if present) for movement and "play" in the
automatic door and in its brass block-pin system
connecting to the jack

AT-OS S.r.l. will furnish (on request) a technical maintenance manual specifically compiled for maintenance technicians. This manual
refers to the preceding schedule. Contact the AT-OS S.r.l. Customer Service Center to ask for a copy.
NOTE: Maintenance procedures must be performed based on the number of wash cycles or the operating time of the machine.
Proper routine maintenance must be performed to guarantee correct and trouble-free
machine operation, preventing breakdowns and jammings (which may even be caused by
the type of water being used) and ensuring a long working life for the machine.
If you are not able to make the machine work even after performing routine/extraordinary
maintenance procedures then you must turn to the AT-OS S.r.l. Service Department,
specifying the type of defect and the machine's model and serial number.
Machine users/operators can also draw up service contracts with the AT-OS S.r.l. agent: proper and appropriate assistance service
guarantees adequate and long term operation.
You can also have your technical personnel trained at the AT-OS S.r.l. factory: your service personnel will be able to perform
independent service and solve all technical problems.
Use specific products to remove scale. Be sure not to use products which are highly
corrosive for the materials that the machine is made of.
