WARNING
To avoid possible fire or shock, be sure electricity is
turned off when you clean the ceiling fan. (Figure 1)
To Clean Your Fan:
1.
Periodic cleaning of your new fan is the only
maintenance that is needed.
When cleaning, use only a soft brush or lint free cloth
to avoid scratching the finish.
Abrasive cleaning agents are not required and should
be avoided to prevent damage to finish.
To Clean Your Fan Blade:
1.
Remove the five screws and carefully remove the
lower grill from the upper grill assembly. Retain the
screws and lower grill for Step 3. (Figure 2)
2.
Carefully remove the blade holder trim cover,
hairpin clip and retain them. After cleaning, reinstall
the blade using the hairpin clip and blade holder trim
cover. (Figure 3)
3.
Reassemble the lower grill to the upper grill
assembly using the previously removed screws.
(Figure 4)
Maintenance
Do not use water when cleaning your fan. It could
damage the motor or the finish and create the
possibility of electrical shock.
