WARRANTY TERMS

Dear Customer, thank you for choosing one of our product. Acqua Brevetti SRL applies cutting-edge
technologies with automated processes of structural design and finishing, creating an excellent
relationship between performances and user-friendliness, minimizing environmental impact.
Product Registration is optional and does not constitute a necessary condition for benefit from the
warranty set by law. Acqua Brevetti SRL respects your privacy. For more details, please see our

LEGAL WARRANTY
Acqua Brevetti SRL legal warrany covers its products pursuant to the Directive 99/44/CE.
Beneficiaries of the guarantee are only consumers, meaning any natural person using
Acqua Brevetti SRL products for purposes which are not related to his trade, business or profession.
Guarantee period is 24 months from the date of purchase certified by tax document or documents
having equivalent effect.
The guarantee covers the Aqua Brevetti SRL product and its components.
The guarantee does not cover defects of the Aqua Brevetti SRL product which:
1. depend on an incorrect installation of the product;
2. are consequence of uses not compliant with the instruction manual, tampering or
consequence o fan incorrect maintenance of the product;
3. derive from normal wear;
4. are related to non-functional aspects or affect the aesthetics of the product;
5. have been caused by external factors such as, by way of example, electrical or water network
malfunctions, natural events, vandalism or other force majeure events;
6. prove caused by the product or the apparatus in which the product is incorporated or to which
it has been connected;
7. depend on the use of Aqua Brevetti SRL non branded consumables
For all that is not mentioned, please refer to the applicable legal provisions relating to the legal
guarantee for the consumer.
WARRANTY ACTIVATION
There are three possibilities to activate the Acqua Brevetti guarantee:
1. Use the smartphone to frame the QR Code shown on the product label.
2. Connect to www.acquabrevetti.it and select the item "Attivazione Garanzia" in the menu and
then "Registrazione Garanzia".
3. Download the Acqua Brevetti APP and selct the "Attivazione garanzia" item in the menu.
In all three modes, a page will open where you can enter your personal data and the SN (serial
number) of the purchased product.
Finnally click on "INVIA" and wait the confirmation message on your email inserted
