1.4 WARRANTY

PLEASE NOTE:
The general terms and conditions of warranty remain as stated in the terms and
conditions of sale. The procedures for the Customer to exercise the warranty
right are indicated in the same sales contract.
All consumables supplied with the product are in any case excluded from the warranty.
For components supplied by third parties, the guarantees that can be exercised against the
respective manufacturers apply.
Any damage resulting from the user's failure to observe the instructions given in this manual
will not be charged to the manufacturer and warranty conditions may lapse.
THE PROTECTOR MEETS THE PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS ONLY
IF PROPERLY USED AND STORED.
The company declines all responsibility for any damages/consequences deriving from
improper use or non-application of the instructions given in this manual.

1.5 WARNINGS AND LIMITATIONS OF USE

The VIRTUAL CABLE electronic DEVICE may not ensure the activation of the
MOTOAIRBAG S175 system in all circumstances
The VIRTUAL CABLE electronic DEVICE might activate the MOTOAIRBAG S175
system also in conditions which are not necessarily due to an accident, rather
resulting from unforeseen circumstances
Gimoto Srl cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen activations.
■ Do not tamper with any part of the DEVICE so as not to alter its correct operation.
■ The DEVICE functions if all components are wired and switched on correctly. For
a correct connection of all components, please refer to the INTRO GUIDE Manual
.
■ Choose the ideal setting (road or track) using the GIMOTO Vrace RR application,
and make sure the DEVICE is in the chosen setting before each USE.
■ Before each use, the user must ensure that the ideal mode is selected and the latter
is solely responsible for its selection.
■ The DEVICE must only be used for the PURPOSE for which it was designed.
■ The DEVICE must never be handled by children
■ The DEVICE cannot be used by persons wearing a pacemaker or other electronic
medical devices.
■ Once turned On, the DEVICE is not operational unless you complete the activation
procedure.
