4. Screw the plastic hexagon nut onto the safety switch
(Fig. 19, item 3).
5. Insert the safety switch into the mounting bracket
(Fig. 19, item 2).
6. Screw the second plastic hexagon nut onto the safe-
ty switch. Do not tighten the plastic hexagon nut.
7. Close the folding door.
i
When configuring the safety switch it must be en-
sured that the surfaces (Fig. 19, item 5) of the safety
switch (Fig. 19, item 3) and of the actuator (Fig. 19,
item 1) are exactly opposite one another and that
the sensing distance (1 to 5 mm) is observed.Only
if the safety switch is correctly configured will the
LED (Fig. 19, item 4) signal the necessary switch-
ing state. A horizontal or vertical offset of the safety
switch reduces the safeguarded sensing distance
and affects the switching state. Non-compliance
with the configuration guidelines can result in unde-
fined switching states (e.g. LED lights up but door
contact is not released).
8. Set a switching distance of X = 1–5 mm between the
safety switch and the actuator with the folding door
closed. The flat surfaces of the safety switch and the
actuator must be directly opposite one another
(see Fig. 19, item 6).
9. Secure the safety switch (Fig. 19, item 3).
Tightening torque: 3 Nm.
10. Repeat this process on the 4 remaining folding doors.

2. Connect the power cord to the work light.
3. Insert the fluorescent tube and fit the work light cover.
4. Affix the work light and retaining strip to the cover
(Fig. 20, item 3).

5. Place the cover and work light (Fig. 21, item 1) onto
the front splash guard housing.
6. Affix the cover to the splash guard housing using the
retaining strips (Fig. 21, item 3) and (Fig. 21, item 4).
7. Place the second cover (Fig. 21, item 2) onto the
rear splash guard housing and secure it with six
hexagon socket head bolts.
