Reading the indications
The time is shown by the number on the hour indicator (1) which
scrolls in front of the minute sector (2). For example, in the
illustration it is 3:29. When the current hour number reaches 60',
the number of the next hour appears adjacent to O'.
Setting instructions
Setting the time:
The winding and time-setting crown (I) can be placed in two
positions A and B.
A: Pushed down against the case, winding position.
This is the normal position when the watch is being worn; it
guarantees optimum water-resistance.
If the watch has not been worn for some time, wind it by rotating the
winding and time-setting crown (I) around twenty times. A watch
need not be fully wound if it is going to be worn. At the end of the
winding operation the winding and time-setting crown (I) will not be
blocked and the mechanism therefore cannot be damaged.
B: Time-setting position.
Pull out the winding and time-setting crown (I) to position B then
turn it to set the appropriate hour indicator (1) to the required
position adjacent to the minute sector (2). Push the winding and
time-setting crown (I) back down to position A to restart the watch.
It is generally preferable to set the time by advancing the hour
indicator (1) clockwise. However it is possible to cycle it backwards
provided you finish with a forward adjustment.

Water-resistance
The water-resistance of the watch has been tested at a pressure
of 3 bar.
