6 Measure the voltage of the battery cells
when the suction motor is running (vol-
atge difference max 0.05 V)
7 Check driving operation: forwards,
backwards
8 Check action of the parking brake on
the drive motor
9 Check function of the brush head: low-
er, raise
10 Check function of the brushes and
check for wear
11 Check scrubbing pattern
12 Check scraping strips on the cleaning
head
13 Check setting of the brush contact pres-
sure
14 Check traction belt of the brushes for
tension and wear
15 Check rubber strips for wear and adjust-
ment
16 Check suction hose for leaks
17 Check water hoses for leaks
18 Check seal(s) on the tank lid(s)
19 Check function of the water metering
valve
20 Clean fluff strainer
21 Check function of the suction motor/
suction beam (check after-running time)
22 Check and clean water filter (recycling
option)
23 Check and clean fresh water filter
24 Check fresh water/recycling water
change-over valve (optional)
25 Check proper functioning of seat con-
tact switch
- Key-operated switch to position "1"
- Select direction of movement
- The seat must remain free
- Press down the drive pedal slightly
Release the drive pedal immediately if
the unit moves. Shut down the unit, call
customer service
26 Check fuse F5 "Emergency Stop mode"
