6.1- Adjusting the chain
Inadequate chain slack can cause noise and
premature wear. Check the slack every 50
hours of work or weekly. Make the adjustment
whenever necessary.
Adjusting the transmission chain slack:
The adjustment is made through the sprocket
wheel (A):
Loosen the bolt (B).

Push the sprocket wheel (A) against the

chain until clearance is released.
Then re-tighten the bolt (B).

NOTE!
After adjustment, be sure to retighten
the bolt (B), otherwise the tensioner
will loosen and the chain will be
damaged.
