4. Preparation

4.1- Mounting the machine

In order to gain space and facilitate transportation, some components are
supplied disassembled from the machine. Follow the instructions below to
mount these items.

4.1.1- Mounting the aligners

Fit the aligners (A) and (B) on the head.

Note that the aligners are different (one is
tilted and the other is straight).
Make the mounting according to the
pictures on the side.
Fasten the aligners with the bolts (E),

without tightening the nuts for now.
E = Hex Bolt M8 x 45 mm (02 pcs)
F = Lock Nut M8 (02 pcs)
Fit the bender (C) to the aligners.

Insert and tighten the 2 nuts (F), fixing the

2 aligners (A) and (B).
