Operating Instructions

Opening the Rollator
Push down on the seat (C): Figure 1, pg 4 until all four wheels are
extended out and the seat is completely flat. Before using the rollator
make sure that all four wheels make contact with the floor and the
rollator is stable in the open position.
Folding the Rollator
 For more compact storage, remove bag and
the backrest.
 Pull up on the strap attached to the folding hinge under the
seat until the walker closes.
Checking the Brakes
Before each use, check to make sure the brakes are working
properly.
Applying pressure on the brake handles by squeezing the
brake up will stop the wheels momentarily.
Pushing down on the brake handles will lock the wheels in
place permanently.
Adjustment of Brakes
1. At the top of the rollator, find the adjustment nut which is located
where the cable goes into the brake handle. This part is usually
silver. When adjusting brakes, hold the brake pad against the
wheel.
If the brake is too tight, standing at the handles of the rollator,
turn the adjustment counter-clockwise. This will cause the
thumbscrew to recess into the handle and will loosen the
brake.
If the brake is too loose (not
locking), standing at the handles
of the rollator, turn the
adjustment clockwise. This will
cause the thumb screw to push
away from the handle and will
tighten the brake
