10.4 Carrying out the zero adjustment

Prerequisites:
– Warm-up phase of the sensor complete
– The test gas supply has been prepared.
– A connection between the gas detector and PolySoft has
been established.
Carrying out the zero adjustment:
1. Start the zero adjustment in PolySoft.
 The ISA100 Wireless
"Measured value invalid."
2. Follow the instructions of the wizard in PolySoft.
Flow with test gas supply: 0.5 L/min ± 10 %
3. After completion of the zero point adjustment, switch off
the gas flow and remove the calibration adapter.

10.5 Carrying out the span calibration

Prerequisites:
– Zero point adjustment has been carried out.
– The test gas supply has been prepared.
– A connection between the gas detector and PolySoft has
been established.
Carrying out the span calibration:
1. Start and confirm the span calibration in PolySoft.
 The ISA100 Wireless
"Measured value invalid."
2. Follow the instructions of the wizard in PolySoft.
Flow with test gas supply: 0.5 L/min ± 10 %
3. After completion of the span calibration, switch off the gas
flow and remove the calibration adapter.
