BREAD DEFROST
The bread defrost feature provides you with the best
defrosting method for frozen bread. It will show you which
defrost sequence is recommended for the food you are
defrosting. For added convenience, the bread Defrost
includes a built-in beep mechanism that reminds
you to check, turn over, separate, or rearrange to get
best defrost results.
Example: To defrost 0.2 lbs of frozen bread.

*Typical loaf of breads : Approximately 0.05 Ibs per
slice.
TIMED COOKING
This feature lets you program a specific cook time
and power. For best results, there are 10 power
level settings in addition to HIGH power (100%).
Refer to the "Microwave Power Level Table" on
page 16 for more information.
NOTE: If you do not select a power level, the oven
will automatically cook at HIGH (100%) power.
Example: To cook for 5 minutes, 30 seconds
at 80% power.

NOTE:
When you touch the START pad, the display changes
to defrost time count down. For best results, when the
display shows "TURN FOOD OVER" and beeps five times,
open the door, turn, separate or rearrange the food. You
may choose not to rearrange the food and the defrost
cycle will continue.
EXPRESS DEFROST
This feature should be used only when you defrost 1
pound of frozen ground beef.
Example: To defrost I Ib Ground beef.
