vielen Dank für Ihr Vertrauen in ein Produkt von Bauerfeind. Mit GloboPed Mobil haben Sie
ein Produkt erhalten, das einem hohen medizinischen und qualitativen Standard entspricht.
Bitte lesen Sie die Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig durch, und wenden Sie sich bei
auftretenden Fragen an den behandelnden Arzt oder an Ihr Fachgeschäft bzw. an unseren
Technischen Service.
Produktbeschreibung
Die Fersenentlastungsorthese GloboPed Mobil ist ein hochwertiges Produkt, das unter
ärztlicher Anleitung und nur gemäß den Angaben dieser Gebrauchsanweisung und bei den
aufgeführten Anwendungsgebieten getragen werden darf.
Zweckbestimmung
Die Fersenentlastungsorthese GloboPed Mobil ist ein Medizinprodukt zur gezielten
Entlastung des Fersenbereiches.
Indikation
• postoperative bzw. posttraumatische Zustände des Fersenbereichs
Kontraindikationen und Anwendungsrisiken
Vorsicht
Aufgrund der Zweckbestimmung und gewünschten Funktion der Fersenentlas tungs orthese
können Beeinträchtigungen der Mobilität und des Gleichgewichts auftreten.
Nebenwirkungen, die den gesamten Organismus betreffen, sind bis jetzt nicht bekannt.
Das erstmalige Anlegen sowie eine ausführliche Einweisung in die korrekte Benutzung der

Überempfindlichkeiten von Krankheitswert sind bis jetzt nicht bekannt. Bei nachfolgenden
Krankheitsbildern ist das Anlegen und Tragen dieses Hilfsmittels nur nach Rücksprache mit
Ihrem Arzt angezeigt:
• Frakturen / Verletzungen im Mittel- oder Vorfußbereich
• Hauterkrankungen / -verletzungen im versorgten Körperabschnitt, insbesondere bei
entzündlichen Erscheinungen. Ebenso bei aufgeworfenen Narben mit Anschwellung, Rötung
und Überwärmung
• Empfindungsstörungen der versorgten Gliedmaßen
• Lymphabflussstörungen, auch unklare Weichteilschwellungen im Bereich des angelegten
Hilfsmittels
Jede offene Verletzung am Fuß muss durch einen Verband o. ä. geschützt sein. Fahren Sie
mit angelegtem Schuh nicht selbst Auto, Fahrrad oder ein anderes Fahrzeug.
Sollten Sie außergewöhnliche Veränderungen an sich (z. B. Zunahme der Be schwer den)
feststellen, suchen Sie bitte umgehend Ihren Arzt auf.
Anwendungshinweise
Bei unsachgemäßer Anwendung ist eine Produkthaftung ausgeschlossen.
Die Fersenentlastungsorthese muss im Sitzen angelegt und kann sowohl am linken als auch
am rechten Fuß getragen werden. Legen Sie die Klettverschlüsse mit engem Kontakt zum
Fuß an, aber nicht zu fest, um Druckstellen an Haut, Blutgefäßen und Nerven zu vermeiden.
Tragen Sie an Ihrem gesunden Fuß stets einen rutschsicheren Schuh mit gleicher
Absatzhöhe, ggf. kann eine Veränderung der Absatzhöhe auch ärztlich verordnet und von
einem Orthopädietechniker bzw. Orthopädieschuhtechniker vorgenommen werden.
Lassen Sie die Fersenentlastungsorthese GloboPed Mobil regelmäßig von einem Orthopädie-
tech niker bzw. Orthopädieschuhtechniker auf Funktion und Verschleiß überprüfen und ggf.
austauschen.
Wir haben das Produkt im Rahmen unseres integrierten Qualitätsmanagementsystems
geprüft. Sollten Sie trotzdem eine Beanstandung haben, setzen Sie sich bitte mit unserem
Fachberater vor Ort oder mit unserem Kundenservice in Verbindung.
Benutzen Sie Gehstützen, wenn Sie eine Fersenentlastungsorthese tragen.
Das Tragen der Fersenentlastungsorthese GloboPed Mobil wird nur in Krankenhäusern
und Kli nik bereichen sowie im innerhäuslichen Bereich, nicht aber im öffentlichen Raum
em pfoh len.
Die Kombination mit anderen Medizinprodukten (z. B. Kompressionsstrümpfe, Bandagen)
muss mit qualifiziertem Fachpersonal 1 abgesprochen werden.
Reinigungshinweise
Wir empfehlen, die Orthese separat bei 30 °C mit einem Feinwaschmittel per Hand zu
waschen. Um die Funktionsfähigkeit der Klettverschlüsse lange Zeit zu erhalten und
Beschädigungen zu vermeiden, empfehlen wir, diese vor der Wäsche zu schließen. Beim
Trocknen sollten Sie die Orthese nicht direkter Hitze (z. B. Heizung, Sonnenstrahlen usw.)
aussetzen.
Hinweise zum Wiedereinsatz
Das Produkt ist allein für Ihre Versorgung vorgesehen.

Es gelten die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des Landes, in dem das Produkt erworben wurde.
Soweit relevant, gelten länderspezifische Gewährleistungsregeln zwischen Händler und
Erwerber. Wird ein Gewährleistungsfall vermutet, wenden Sie sich bitte zunächst direkt an
denjenigen, von dem Sie das Produkt bezogen haben.
Bitte nehmen Sie am Produkt selbstständig keine Veränderungen vor. Dies gilt insbesondere

Product Description
The GloboPed Mobil heel-relieving orthosis is a prescribable product that may only be worn
under a physician's direction and only in accordance with these instructions for use and for
the applications named.
Purpose
The GloboPed Mobil heel-relieving orthosis is a medical product for targeted relief of the
area around the heel.
Indications
• Post-operative and / or post-traumatic conditions of the heel area
Contraindications / Application Risks
Caution
Mobility and balance may be compromised based on the purpose and desired function of the
heel-relieving orthosis.
To date, there are no known side effects. Correct usage and fitting by a trained specialist
assumed.
To date, there are no known hypersensitivities that cause illnesses. This product should be
fitted and worn only after consulting your physician in the following clinical situations:
• Fractures / injuries in the midfoot or forefoot area
• Skin diseases / injuries in the body part being treated, particularly if inflammation is present.
Likewise, any raised scars with swelling, redness, and excessive heat build-up.
• Acroparesthesia in the body parts being treated
• Compromised lymph system, circulation problems, unclear soft tissue inflammation around
the products's area of application
Any open wounds on the foot must be protected by a bandage or similar device. Do not
ride a bicycle or drive a car or any other vehicle while wearing the orthosis.
Please see your physician immediately should you notice any irregular changes in your
body (i. e. increase in symptoms).
Application Instructions
This product is intended for the treatment of one individual patient and may not be reused or
used by others. Product liability cannot be assumed in the event of inappropriate use.

The heel-relieving orthosis should be fitted while the patient is sitting and can be worn both on
the left and right foot. Secure the Velcro fastenings so it fits snugly against the foot, although
not too tight in order to avoid pressure points on the skin or damage to arteries and nerves.
Always wear a non-skid shoe with the same heel height on your healthy foot. If necessary, a
physician may prescribe that the height of the heel be changed by an orthotist.
Be sure to have your GloboPed Mobil heel-relieving orthosis checked regularly for wear and
tear and to ensure it is working properly by an orthotist. If necessary, exchange the device.
This product has been tested by our in-house quality management system. However, should you
have any complaint, please contact our local expert adviser or our customer service department.
Use crutches when wearing a heel-relieving orthosis.
Wearing the GloboPed Mobil heel-relieving orthosis is only recommended in hospitals and
clinics or within your own home but not in public areas.
Combining the aid with other medical products (e. g. compression stockings, supports) may
only be considered after having sought advice from a qualified specialist1.
Cleaning Instructions
We recommend washing the orthosis separately at 30 °C by hand using a delicate detergent.
We recommend closing the Velcro fastenings before washing in order to preserve their
functionality and avoid damage. The orthosis should not be exposed to direct heat when drying
it (i. e. heating vents, sunlight, etc.).
Notes on reuse
This product is intended for your treatment only.
Warranty
The legal provisions of the country in which the product was purchased apply. Country-specific
warranty regulations that govern the relationship between the retailer and the buyer also
apply where relevant. If you believe that a claim may be made under the warranty, please first
contact the retailer from which you purchased the product directly.
Please do not make any changes to the product yourself. This particularly applies to individual
adjustments made by specialists 1 . Please follow our instructions for use and care. These are
based on our experience gained over many years and ensure the functionality of our medically
effective products for a long time. Only aids that function optimally can help you. Failure to
follow the instructions may also restrict the warranty.
First-time application and fitting of the GloboPed Mobil may only be carried out by trained
specialists 1 , otherwise product liability cannot be assumed.

Contre-indications
Attention
Etant donné la destination et la fonction souhaitée de l'orthèse de décharge du talon, une
diminution de la mobilité et de l'équilibre est possible.
Aucun effet secondaire sur l'organisme en général n'est connu à ce jour. Il est cependant
indispensable que l'orthèse soit correctement utilisée et mise en place par un personnel
spécialisé 1 formé.
Aucune hypersensibilité de caractère pathologique n'est connue à ce jour. En présence des
affections citées ci-après, la mise en place et le port de ce produit doivent être précédés d'une
consultation médicale :
• Fractures / blessures dans la zone de l'avant-pied et du métatarse
• Maladies / blessures de la peau dans la partie du corps traitée, surtout en cas de
phénomènes inflammatoires. Cicatrices boursouflées, gonflées, rouges et chaudes
• Troubles de la sensibilité du membre traité
• Troubles du drainage lymphatique ainsi que gonflements inexpliqués des parties molles dans
la région où est mis en place le dispositif
Protégez toute blessure ouverte du pied par un pansement par exemple. Ne conduisez pas
vous-même de voiture, de vélo ou un autre véhicule lorsque vous portez cette chaussure.
Si vous constatez des modifications inhabituelles (par ex. intensification des symptômes),
consultez sans délai votre médecin.
Toute modification du produit est interdite. Le non respect de ce point peut remettre en
cause l'efficacité du produit et exclure la responsabilité du fabricant.
Conseils d'utilisation
La responsabilité du fabricant n'est pas engagée en cas d'utilisation incorrecte du produit.
L'orthèse de décharge du talon doit être mise en place en position assise et peut être portée
aussi bien au pied gauche qu'au pied droit. Fixez les bandes «velcro» de façon à ce que
l'orthèse soit en contact étroit avec le pied, mais ne les serrez pas trop pour éviter toute
compression de la peau, des vaisseaux et des nerfs.
Au pied sain, portez toujours une chaussure antidérapante ayant un talon de la même hauteur.
Le cas échéant, une modification de la hauteur du talon peut aussi être prescrite par un
médecin et effectuée par un technicien orthopédiste.
Demandez régulièrement à un technicien orthopédiste de contrôler la fonction et l'usure de
l'orthèse de décharge du talon GloboPed Mobil et remplacez celle-ci le cas échéant.
La fabrication de notre produit est rigoureusement contrôlée et il est soumis à des tests très
sévères. Si malgré toutes nos précautions vous étiez confronté à une difficulté, nous vous
conseillons de prendre contact avec notre conseiller à votre point de vente habituel ou avec
notre service clientèle.
Utilisez des aides à la marche si vous portez une orthèse de décharge du talon.
Le port d'une orthèse de décharge du talon GloboPed Mobil est recommandé uniquement
dans les hôpitaux et cliniques ainsi qu'à domicile, mais est déconseillé dans les espaces
publics.
L'association avec d'autres produits médicaux (par exemple, bas de compression, ortheses
actives) doit etre convenue avec un professionnel qualifié1.
Conseil de nettoyage
Nous recommandons de laver séparément l'orthèse à la main à 30 °C avec une lessive pour le
linge délicat. Fermer les bandes «velcro» avant le lavage pour préserver leur durée de vie et
éviter tout endommagement. Ne pas exposer l'orthèse à une chaleur directe (par ex. chauffage
ou rayons solaires) lors du séchage.
Conseils pour une réutilisation
Le produit est destiné à votre traitement tout à fait personnel.
Garantie
Sont applicables les dispositions légales du pays dans lequel le produit a été acheté. Le
cas-échéant, les règles de garantie spécifiques au pays s'appliquent entre le vendeur et
l'acquéreur. Dans le cas où la garantie est supposée s'appliquer, veuillez-vous adresser dans
un premier temps directement à la personne à laquelle vous avez acheté le produit.
Ne procédez à aucune modification sur le produit par vous-même. Cela concerne tout
particulière ment les adaptations individuelles effectuées par le personnel qualifié
suivre nos consignes d'utilisation et d'entretien. Elles se basent sur notre expérience de
longue date et garantissent les fonctions de nos produits médicalement efficaces sur le long
terme. Car seuls les produits qui fonctionnent de manière optimale constituent une aide pour
vous. De plus, le non-respect des consignes peut limiter la garantie.

fait par un spécialiste qualifié
