Bitte lesen Sie die vorliegende Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig durch. Bei
Fragen wenden Sie sich an Ihren Arzt oder Fachhandel von dem Sie dieses
Medizinprodukt erhalten haben.
Zweckbestimmung
Bei diesem Medizinprodukt handelt es sich um eine funktionssichernde
Orthese zur Stabilisierung des Beckens und des ISG (Iliosakralgelenk).
Indikationen
ISG-Arthrose, ISG-Instabilität, ISG-Blockierung, Myalgien und Tendopathien in
der Beckenregion, Gefügestörungen nach Spondylodesen an der LWS
Kontraindikationen
Lymphabflussstörungen einschließlich unklare Weichteilschwellungen,
Empfindungs- und Durchblutungsstörungen der versorgten Körperregion,
Erkrankungen der Haut im versorgten Körperabschnitt, Latexallergie.
Anwendungsrisiken / Wichtige Hinweise
Dieses Medizinprodukt ist ein verordnungsfähiges Produkt. Sprechen Sie
Anwendung und Dauer mit Ihrem verordnenden Arzt ab. Die Auswahl der
geeigneten Größe und eine Einweisung erfolgt durch das Fachpersonal, von
dem Sie das Medizinprodukt erhalten haben.
– Medizinprodukt vor radiologischen Untersuchungen ablegen
– bei Taubheitsgefühl Medizinprodukt lockern oder ggf. abnehmen
– bei anhaltenden Beschwerden den Arzt oder Fachhandel aufsuchen
– Medizinprodukt indikationsgerecht einsetzen
– gleichzeitige Nutzung anderer Produkte nur nach Rücksprache mit Ihrem
Arzt
– keine Änderungen am Produkt vornehmen
– nicht auf offenen Wunden tragen
– nicht verwenden bei Unverträglichkeiten gegen eines der verwendeten
Materialien
– kein Wiedereinsatz – dieses Hilfsmittel ist zur Versorgung eines Patienten
bestimmt
– während der Tragedauer der Bandage: keine lokale Anwendung von
Cremes oder Salben im Bereich des angelegten Hilfsmittels – kann Material
zerstören
Anziehanleitung
Öffnen Sie die Orthese und lockern Sie die Zuggurte. Bei Bedarf können Sie
die Position der Silikonpelotten mittels Klettverschluss an die individuellen
Gegebenheiten des Patienten anpassen. Legen Sie die geöffnete Orthese
nun zirkulär um die Hüfte. Hinsichtlich der korrekten Höhe positionieren Sie
das Hilfsmittel mittig auf dem Becken, so dass der obere Rand (Einnähetikett)
der Orthese den oberen Beckenkamm nicht übersteigt bzw. in die Taille
hineinreicht.
Schieben Sie die Finger in die dafür vorgesehenen Fingerlaschen am
Verschluss der Bauchplatte. Ziehen Sie nun mit beiden Händen die
Verschlussplatten gleichmäßig nach vorn. Legen Sie die linke Verschlusshälfte
auf den Bauch und positionieren Sie die rechte Verschlusshälfte soweit über
die linke, bis Sie diese auf der linken Verschlusshälfte aufkletten können.
Beim Aufkletten die Finger zuerst aus der linken, dann aus der rechten
Fingerlasche ziehen.
Nehmen Sie nun beide Zuggurte in beide Hände und ziehen Sie diese
gleichzeitig und gleichmäßig nach vorn, bis die gewünschte Krafteinwirkung

Intended purpose
This medical device is a function-securing brace for stabilising the pelvis and
the sacroiliac joint.
Indications
Sacroiliac joint arthrosis, sacroiliac joint instability, sacroiliac joint blockage,
myalgias and tendopathies in the pelvic region, structural abnormalities after
lumbar spinal spondylodeses.
Contraindications
Impaired lymphatic drainage including unclear soft tissue swelling, impaired
sensation and circulation in the specific body region, skin diseases in the
specific part of the body, latex allergy.
Application risks/Important notes
This medical device is a prescribable product. Discuss the use and duration
with your treating physician. The expert staff from whom you have received
the medical device will select the appropriate size and instruct you regarding
its use.

– in case of numbness, loosen the medical device and remove it if necessary
– in case of persistent complaints, consult the physician or specialist retailer
– use the medical device in accordance with therapeutic needs
– only use other products simultaneously after consultation with your physician
– do not make any changes to the product
– do not wear it on open wounds
– do not use in case of intolerance of one of the materials used
– no re-use – this medical aid is intended for treating one patient
– whilst wearing the support, please neither use any creams nor ointments on
or around it as they can destroy the material
Fitting instructions
Open the brace and loosen the tension straps. If required, you can use the
Velcro fastener to adapt the position of the silicone pads to the patient's
individual circumstances. Then place the opened brace circumferentially
around the hip. Regarding the correct height, position the aid centrally on the
pelvis so that the upper edge (sewn-in label) of the brace is not higher than
the upper iliac crest or extends to the waist.
Push your fingers into the finger flaps intended for this purpose at the ventral
plate fastening. Then use both hands to pull the latch plates forwards evenly.
Place the left latching half on the stomach and position the right latching half
far enough over the left one so that you can Velcro it onto the left latching
half. When attaching it using Velcro, remove the fingers first from the left and
then the right finger flap.
Then take both tension straps in both hands and pull them forwards
simultaneously and evenly until the desired physical influence (stabilisation)

Utilisation prévue
Ce dispositif médical est une orthèse de fonctionnement pour stabilisation du
bassin et de l'ASI (articulation sacro-iliaque).
Indications
Arthrose sacro-iliaque, instabilité sacro-iliaque, myalgies et tendinopathies
dans la région du bassin, perturbations structurelles suite à des
spondylodèses dans la colonne vertébrale lombaire.
Contre-indications
Troubles de la circulation lymphatique y compris tuméfaction des tissus mous
d'origine inconnue, troubles de sensation et de la circulation sanguine des
régions corporelles traitées, maladies cutanées sur les zones traitées, allergie
au latex.

Reinigungshinweise
Schonwaschgang Nicht chemisch reinigen
Nicht im Wäschetrockner trocknen
Keinen Weichspüler verwenden. In Form ziehen und an der Luft trocknen.
Klettverschluss schließen, um die Beschädigung anderer Wäschestücke zu
vermeiden.
Gewährleistung
Für das erworbene Produkt gelten die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des
Landes, in dem Sie das Produkt bezogen haben. Bitte wenden Sie sich
an Ihren Fachhandel, sollten Sie einen Gewährleistungsfall vermuten.
Bitte das Produkt vor Einreichung eines Gewährleistungsfalles reinigen.
Wurden beiliegende Hinweise der Gebrauchsanweisung nicht ausreichend
beachtet, so kann die Gewährleistung beeinträchtigt werden bzw. entfallen.
Ausgeschlossen ist eine Gewährleistung bei nicht indikationsgerechter
Anwendung, Nichtbeachtung der Anwendungsrisiken, -hinweise sowie
eigenmächtig vorgenommenen Änderungen am Produkt.
Nutzungsdauer / Lebensdauer des Produkts
Die Lebensdauer des Medizinprodukts wird durch den natürlichen Verschleiß
bei sach- und anwendungsgemäßem Umgang bestimmt.
Meldepflicht
Kommt es bei der Anwendung des Medizinproduktes zu einer
schwerwiegenden Verschlechterung des Gesundheitszustandes, dann
melden Sie dies Ihrem Fachhändler oder uns als Hersteller sowie dem BfArM
(Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte).

Close the Velcro fastening to avoid damage to other laundry items.

a warranty claim. Please clean the product before submitting a warranty
claim. If the enclosed instructions for use have not been properly observed,
the warranty may be impaired or cancelled. The warranty does not cover use

Useful life/Lifetime of the product
The lifetime of the medical device is determined by its natural wear and tear if
treated appropriately and as recommended.
Duty of notification
If a serious worsening of the state of health occurs when using the medical
device, you are obliged to notify the specialist dealer or us as the manufacturer
and the Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

Disposal
