6.1.1- How to replace the belt
Check the belt general condition and, if it is
showing excessive wear, replace it with a new one,
proceeding as described below:
ATTENTION!
Turn off the tractor and remove
the ignition key before starting the
following procedure.
Remove the fixing bolts and remove the belt

guard (E);
Loosen the belt (A) by loosening the 4 bolts

that secure the housing (C);
Loosen the nut (D) until the belt loosens;

Remove the used belt and replace it with a new

one with the same specification as the original;
Stretch the belt by tightening the nut (D);
5.
Retighten the 4 housing bolts (C).
6.
Replace belt guard (E).

IMPORTANT!
Keep the belt free of grease and oil,
these products attack its composition
and may cause premature deterioration.
When installing a new belt, check the
tensioning constantly during the first
50 hours of use. At this period that the
belts undergo greater stretches.
Do not operate the machine without the
belt protection. Direct contact with the
belt may cause a serious accident.
