6.1.1- Storage
In the period that the machine goes unused, before storing it, it is recommended to
perform a general overhaul indicated in the previous item.
After overhaul:
Fully loosen the belts and drive chains (where fitted).
Remove the wheels. This will increase tire life (on models equipped with wheel).
Store the machine in a dry place protected from the sun and rain.
Place the machine in a place where children can not access it. Restrict access to parts
of the machine that can be moved manually.
6.1.1- Back to work
Before using the machine again, after a period of storage, you should:
Re-tighten nuts and bolts in general;
Lubricate the points indicated in this manual;
Stretch the belt;
Review the settings for operation described in this manual.
CAUTION!
Cleaning and repairs should only be
done with the machine turned off, the
components completely stopped and
the key removed from the ignition. Only
touch the machine if you are sure there
is no movement.
There is a risk of a serious accident to
contact with parts of the machine in
motion.
