• If the nozzles are blocked despite cleaning, the contra-angle must not be used.
Refer to the After-Sales Department.
• To avoid heating during preparation, sufficient cooling with the spray must be
ensured (minimum 50 ml / min).
• 1:1 and 5:1 contra-angles can be used for some applications without using the spray.
The practitioner alone, however, is responsible for this use and for any heating which
may result.

The contra-angle is to be used only with a motor equipped with ISO standard
coupling and a cooling air output. It is compulsory not to connect the contra-
angle XE to an internal spray micro motor or to a motor without a cooling
air output. It would allow water to penetrate inside the device and could significantly
decrease and eventually damage the micro motor.

• Lock the contra-angle on the motor coupling.
Keep the motor and the contra-angle on the same
axis. For certain motors, it is necessary to engage
the side button to make the connection.
• Pull the contra-angle lightly before each use in
order to check that it is correctly clipped to the
motor coupling.
• For contra-angles with a light connection, keep the
motor and the contra-angle on the same axis, direct
the contra-angle tongue to face the rectangular hole
of the motor and click in the contra-angle.
Connection of water input (only for XE model) :
Warning : connect the water input tubing onto the
metal tube behind the contra-angle (see photo).
The connection must be made with the water input
closed.The diameter of the tube used to connect
the tubing is 1.65 mm. The internal diameter of the
connection tubing must not exceed this diameter.
