6 Operation

Once the equipment is unpacked, please visually check that all goods are OK. Keep
the packaging for some days.

6.1 Placing batteries

• Place the batteries on the case, in the rear side of the pH-meter.
• Pay attention polarity is correct.
• If you are not going to use the unit for some time, please remove the batteries.
• Replace the batteries when «LoBat» appears on the display.

6.2 Sensors connection

Connect the conductivity and the temperature sensor on the rear panel.
Do not move the unit with the sensors connected.
Note: The BNC connectors must be removed and fixed by turning 1/4 turn.

6.3 Panel

Switch on the pH-meter by pressing the «ON/OFF» key.
Wait until the equipment replies before pressing any other key.
