Installing the light kit pan and light
kit fitter assembly
WARNING: To reduce the risk of electric shock, disconnect
the electrical supply circuit to the fan before installing the
light fixture.

Remove one screw from the black bracket below the fan
motor assembly (D). Loosen, but do not remove the other two
screws.

To attach the light kit pan (H) to the fan motor assembly (D),
push the light kit pan (H) up to the motor assembly (D) so that
the two loosened screw heads fit in the keyhole slots. Turn
the pan (H) to secure. Tighten each screw firmly.

To attach the light kit fitter assembly (E), remove one screw
from the light kit pan (H), and loosen, but do not remove, the
other two screws.
□
Push the light kit fitter assembly (E) up to the light kit pan (H)
so that the two loosened screw heads fit in the keyhole slots.
Turn the light kit fitter assembly (E) to secure. Tighten each
screw firmly.

Installing the bulbs and attaching
the glass bowl
Remove the finial, bottom cover, hex nut, and rubber washer,
from the threaded nipple of the light kit fitter assembly (E).
With the power off, install the two CFL bulbs (Max. 14W,
included) (K) by screwing them into the light bulb sockets.
Position the glass (I) over the threaded nipple.
Re-install the rubber washer, hex nut, bottom cover, and finial
to the threaded nipple to secure the glass properly.
CAUTION: Do not over tighten the hex nut; overtightening the
hex nut may cause the glass to break.
Re-install and tighten the finial.
