Special safety instructions

1.
Prior to operating the tool, always check for faulty and defective parts or any other conditions that might affect
the operativeness. Never use tool if damaged or adjusted incorrectly. Any damaged safety features, starter lever
or other faulty parts are to be repaired or replaced by an authorised service engineer, provided there are no other
instructions in this manual. Never use tool with faulty starter lever.

Never operate compressed air tool with an operating pressure of more than 90 psi (6.2 bar) flow pressure at the
compressed connection to the tool. This tool is not speed-regulated. The speed will increase with an increase in
the air pressure above 90 psi (6.2 bar). The operating pressure for this tool must be regulated within the operating
range specified by a reliable automatic compressed air regulator (23 mm compressed air regulator article number
ZU-071, 11 mm compressed air regulator article number ZU-070), see section 6, Compressed air supply.

Check compressed air at regular intervals. To ensure the compressed air is clean and oiled, if necessary integrate
a service unit into the compressed air line.

When the tool is put down on a work table or on the floor, the sign with the elliptic (oval) label "
must point upwards.

If the tool is not in use, disconnect from the compressed air supply and store in a suitable place to prevent unin-
tentional or unauthorised use in the absence of an authorised individual.

running over. (If necessary use a hose burst safety valve).
