Fastening Strap
1. Wrap the fastening strap around the anchor point so
that the lower retaining ring hangs approximately 1.8
m above the floor. (about three times around a pull-up
bar)
2. To lengthen the belt, loosen the snap hook for height
adjustment and pull the fastening belt down on the
lower retaining ring. This pulls the hook upwards and
can be fixed to one of the upper retaining rings.
3. To shorten it, loosen the snap hook for height adjust-
ment and pull down on this end of the fastening strap
so that the lower retaining ring is pulled upwards. Thus,
the hook can be attached to a lower retaining ring.
Main Belt
1. Only hang the snap hook of the main belt on the lower
retaining ring of the fastening belt!
2. Make sure that the two straps are not twisted or knot-
ted.
3. To adjust the length of the straps, take the strap buckles
from the bottom. Insert the buckle opening sideways
into one of the adjustment loops at the desired height.
ASSEMBLY
Door Holder
1. As an alternative to fastening it to a pole, you can fix
the fastening strap by clamping the strap between the
door and the frame.
2. Attach the door holder to the snap hook of the fas-
tening strap.
3. Place the belt in the gap and close the door so that
the tube on the other side of the door prevents the belt
from slipping through.
