One-handed training
Put the two retaining rings of the main belt together and
fasten them with the snap hook.
Training with your feet
For an floating workout, put your feet through the loops on
the rings.
Resistance bands
Select the resistance bands you want depending on the ef-
fort required and hang them with the hooks in the retaining
rings of the main belt.

Correct application
1. Always keep your body tension and the straps taut during the exercises.
2. Do not make any pulling or rocking movements that could tear the belt.
3. Make sure that the straps do not rub or chafe against your skin.
TIP: Combine the bands to
increase resistance.
