26. Insert all the other balusters into the treads L03, tighten element B02 and secure to handrail A13 taking care to
check their verticality, we recommend assembling the shorter balusters first.
27. Complete railing assembly by inserting elements B82 into the lower part of the balusters C03 (fig. 1)
Assembling the balustrade
28. Assemble column (C04) to element G01 protruding from the landing (E02) (fig. 8) (fig. 1).
29. Position elements F01, using elements C58, B83, B02 on the landing (E02). Drill the landing (E02) using a
Ø 5 mm point, maintaining the same centre to centre distance between the holes as the one used between the
balusters (C03) on the railings assembled before.
30. Position the shorter balusters (C03) and tighten elements B02 from the articles F01 (fig. 1).
31. Cut 5cm off the straight handrail BH4. Drill a hole in the top using a 3.5mm Ø point and assemble the parts
BG4, BG3 with the screw BB3 (fig. 9A).
32. Fit the assembly obtained with the elements BD2, BG2, BH1 and BG8 on the element C04 and tighten with the
dowel BC3. Assemble the straight handrail BH4 on the element C04 and tighten with the element BB6 (fig. 9A).
33. Cut the other end of the straight handrail BH4 based on the dimensions of the balustrade, drill a hole using a
6 mm Ø bit to fasten the part BG4 or drill a hole using a 3,5 mm Ø bit to fasten the parts BG2+BG3 with the
parts BB3. Fasten the handrail BH4 using the parts CD3, checking that the balusters are vertical. Tighten the
parts B02 (fig. 1).
34. Based on the position and the existence of walls around the opening of the staircase, one or two (C03) extra
balusters may need to be positioned (fig. 10).
35. In this case, consider a space equidistant from the other balusters or from the wall. To secure these, we
recommend drilling the landing (E02) with a Ø 5 mm point and using elements F01, C58, B83, B02. We also
recommend drilling the floor with a Ø 14 mm point and using elements F01, B02, B13 (fig. 10).
Final Assembly
36. To further stiffen the staircase at intermediate points, secure elements F09 to the wall and join using elements
F33, with the balusters (C03). Drill using a Ø 8 mm point and use elements C50, C49, C58, B12 (fig. 12).
