6x cylinder head screws M7x30
6x seal rings DIN7603 7.3x12x1
1x copper seal ring 6x10x1

1x collar screw M6x8 ISA

Not included in scope of delivery:
1x combustion chamber insert
1x O-ring 22x2.5

NOTE:
Information on the combustion chamber inserts available for
a wide variety of requirements can be obtained directly from
your authorized dealer, in the KTM PowerParts catalog, or on
our homepage (www.ktm.com).
Preliminary work:
- Clean the motorcycle, especially in the area around the
engine (see the Owner's Manual).
- Take off the seat (see the Owner's Manual).
- Remove the fuel tank (see the Owner's Manual).
- Drain the coolant (see the Owner's Manual).
Main work:
- Unplug the spark plug connector
- Remove the spark plug

- Loosen the hose clamp

- Detach the radiator hose.
- Remove the cylinder head hanger plate
- Remove the 6 original cylinder head screws
- Take off the original cylinder head.
- Remove all three original O-rings.
- Insert the O-rings and

delivery in the grooves in the cylinder.
