the meat and place in one of the large warming trays to stay hot until ready to serve.
Turn off the water heater when using the roller feature on temperature level 3.
If you use the rollers on high heat, turn off the water heater until you return the
roller cooking heat to level 1 or 2. Then, you can put the water heater back on.
CHILLING FOOD
By placing crushed ice (instead of water) in the water cavity of your cart and
NOT using your heating elements, you can convert your cart into an ideal
buffet for cold items like a salad bar! When the ice melts, simply unscrew the
water outlet valve to empty the water cavity and release the melted ice.
ICE COLD BEVERAGE HOLDER
Make sure the spigot is closed tight. Place beverage
cans or bottles in holder, then fill with ice.
HELPFUL TIPS

Condensation build-up on outside of cart.
Cool air striking the warm units surface may cause moisture
accumulation. Protect the unit against cool drafts of air.
•
Hot dog casing bursts.
The unit is generating too much steam. Turn the thermostat control to a lower setting.
•
Buns are soggy or dry.
Too much or too little steam will result in soggy or dry buns. Control the
amount of steam by adjusting the temperature control as necessary.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Turn off all switches and return the roller temperature control dial to zero.
Remove the warming food trays, lids and rollers.
Allow the steamed water in the water kettle to cool. Unscrew and remove
