ASSEMBLY
1. Lay the Cart Body on its side. Take one of the Base Supports and attach it to the Cart
Body so that the longer leg is attached at the same end (of the cart) as the power and
heat controls. Attach the Base Support using four #1 Bolts and four #5 Flat Washers.
2. Before attaching the second Base Support, set one Linking Bar at each end of the Base
Support attached to the Cart Body. Fit the Linking Bar down over the extrusion on the
Base Support securely, and use one #1 Bolt and one #5 Flat Washer at each end to attach.
3. While the cart is still on its side, attach the second Base Support. Make sure the
Base Support slides under the top lip of the cart and into position. Then ease both
extrusions (on the Base Support) into the Linking Bars at both ends matching up the
screw holes. Secure the Base Support with four #1 Bolts and four #5 Flat Washers.
TIP: At this point, turn the entire cart body on end. This will allow you to view and
tighten any loose screws and catch any screw (holes) you might have missed.
4. Lay the cart on its side once again to attach the Wheels. Place one #6 Flat Washer onto one
#9 Axle Bolt, then put the Axle Bolt into the hole from the inside out. Next, place one #4
Spring Washer and one #6 Flat Washer between the frame and wheel. Place one more #6
Flat Washer onto the Axle Bolt and screw on one #3 Nut Cap, using wrench to tighten.
5. Now turn the cart over and repeat Step 4 to attached the second wheel.
6. Stand the cart up. Attach the Pull Bar (side shelf ) above the power and heat control
selection controls using four #1 Bolts and four #5 Flat Washers. TIP: If you secure one
upper left corner screw then fasten one lower right corner screw, the tray is now attached
sufficiently to use both hands to fasten the remaining two screws and level the tray.
7. Set the Sneeze Guard on the top of the cart. Line up the holes
on each end and use four #2 Screws to secure.
8. Now attach the Cold Box to the cart at the Rollers end of the cart using four #2 Screws.
9. Set the umbrella in the receptor hole located between the rollers and the small
warming compartments. Should you choose to leave the umbrella off at this point of
the assembly process, insert the red silicone cap provided into the receptor hole, and
