How to Set the Cooking Mode after Timer is Set:
There are three modes available: HIGH, LOW and KEEP WARM. The three modes give you the
opportunity to prepare a wider variety of dishes. You can use the LOW setting for recipes that
need longer cooking time. If you're starting a dish later in the day, select the HIGH setting to
ensure that your food is cooked and ready when you'd like to eat it. The KEEP WARM setting
will keep the food warm.
1. Select the desired cooking mode by pressing the HIGH, LOW or KEEP WARM button.
• When the desired cooking mode is selected, the unit will beep once, and the selected mode
light will stay on and the lights for the two other modes will turn off.
2. The slow cooker is now in operation and will count down until the set time is completed, then
it will automatically switch to the KEEP WARM setting for a maximum of 4 hours. The KEEP
WARM setting light will turn on and the timer will switch to 04.00 and will start to count
down. This time can be adjusted at any time by pressing the TIMER UP or TIMER DOWN
button, but cannot be extended to more than 4 hours.
3. The slow cooker will beep for 5 seconds and will turn off automatically after the 4 hour period.
NOTE: The cooking time may be increased or decreased at any time by pressing the TIMER UP
or TIMER DOWN button.
NOTE: Modes may be changed (HIGH, LOW, or KEEP WARM) at any time by pressing the
appropriate button and the selection will light up on the LED panel.
NOTE: Press the ON/OFF button at any time to turn off the slow cooker.
If at any time you need to remove the porcelain pot from the unit, first remove the lid hinge
v
from the lid hinge base and then take out the porcelain pot carefully, using potholders.
