3 Access codes

The control unit has a confidential code known as the "customer code". This code, which
is factory pre-programmed (1111), must be individualised when the control unit is installed.
The customer code enables:
the customer code to be changed,
the three "Service" codes to be created, changed or deleted,
the three Sector 1 access codes to be created, changed or deleted,
the three Sector 2 access codes to be created, changed or deleted.
All operations carried out on the keypad (activation and deactivation of surveillance, etc.)
are stored in the events log with the identification of the code which was used.
If three incorrect codes are typed on the keypad, a call is made to the call centre and
the keypad is blocked for 2 minutes.
Each key-press is confirmed by an audible echo. All codes are programmed on four digits.
How to program or change the various codes
To access the "Codes" menu, the user presses the "Code" key (6) and enters the
customer code.
