Zeroing Calibration
(After substrate zeroing, MAX, MIN, and MAX-MIN readings become zero.
1.
Pull trigger
2.
Display shows "run"
Press sensor on measuring plate. Pull trigger.
3.
(Take the ferr or non-ferr measuring plate for calibrate)
Wait until the display shows the
Push „Zero" button
4.
( Zero point is determined and the displays shows NULL )
One Point Calibration:
1.
Pull trigger
2.
Display shows "run"
Put standard coating plate on measuring plate.
3.
(Standard coating plate 39,6 mils / 1006 micron)
Press sensor on standard coating plate on measuring
plate. Pull trigger.
4.
(Take the ferr or non-ferr measuring plate for calibrate)
Wait until the display shows the

Push „CAL" button
6.
Display shows "1-Pt"
7.
Push "▼" or "▲" button to set the value to 1006
Push "CAL" button
8.
The symbol "Pt 1" disappears
