Creating a PLC Program for the TD 390
Prepare timer,
In order to display modifiable timer, counter or process values for
counter and
modification, set up an area for these values in the related text DB.
process areas
Display can be in the 20 character or 40 character mode. The modifiable
value is only displayed in the first line.
The figure below explains where and how to prepare a value display.

Reading in the display

Identifier for data type (C for counter, T for timer, F or D for process
values) in the right data byte.
Enter the timer, counter or process value here. The value is displayed
right–justified. The time is displayed in expanded form, e.g. the constant
KT consisting of timer value and time base is already converted to a
single value. The display is in seconds or in decimals of seconds. If a
value is greater than the two DWs, the previous left DW is overwritten.
The value modified by the TD 390 is overwritten in this area.
