Remove cap from hose end for Rite-Temp mixer assembly.
Using thread sealant, connect hose to the top of the strainer.
Tighten 1/2 to 3/4-turn past hand tight. See Fig. #16 .

Before turning on Rite-Temp valve with tower
assembly open, watch that direction of water flow will not
damage any materials.
When mixer is turned on, initial flow will be through
upper showerhead. Electrical power is not required for basic
showerhead operation.
Turn Rite-Temp valve stem clockwise to open,
counterclockwise to close.
F. SET MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE:
The purpose of this procedure is to adjust the
maximum temperature setting of the Rite-Temp mixer valve.
This procedure does not limit the maximum water temperature
from the hot water source (water heater). To prevent possible
scalding, the hot water temperature should be adjusted at the
hot water source.
1.
See Fig. #17 . For minor water temperature changes, adjust
the setscrew.
2.
For significant water temperature changes, remove the
O-ring and collar from the valve stem.
3.
Rotate the valve stem clockwise until you achieve the desired
maximum water temperature.
4.
Re-install the collar on the valve stem with the setscrew
against the side of the tab.
5.
Re-install the O-ring.
6.
Rotate the valve stem counterclockwise to shut the water off.

G. INSTALL HANDLE TRIM AND HANDLE:
1.
Close tower assembly to mounting box: Lift up tower and slide
in to close. Watch to make sure all hoses are out of the way.
2.
Rite-Temp valve control stem should align inside handle hole
of tower assembly. Snug up tower assembly against wall.
3.
See Fig. #18 . Center seal over valve stem. Center flange
over valve stem. Align sleeve with grip ring over valve stem.
Secure with supplied #8-32 x 7/8" screw.
