1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 Safety
This equipment was projected to flatten and open the pizza
dough in a round final shape, to be put in the pizza oven.
When used in the wrong way this equioment is potentially
DANGEROUS.
Before using it, read the manual with attention and keep it
in a reachable place for future checks. To avoid acidentes,
leisures and harms to the equipment follow all the
instructions bellow:
1.1.1 Never use the equipment with wet clothes or wet
feet, nor on a wet floor, never dip the equipment or spray
water or any other liquid on it.
1.1.2 The use of this equipment must always be supervised
mainly when using it close to kids.
1.1.3 Disconnect the equipment from the power grid in
the following situations: when it´s no being used, before
to be cleaned, inserting and removing accessories; while
in maintenance and while in any service that is not the
operation.
1.1.4 Do not use any equipment having a damaged cord or
plug. Make sure the cord not to lean on a table edge, nor to
touch a hot surface.
1.1.5 Caso o equipamento tenha sofrido uma queda, esteja
amassado, danificado, ou não liga, é necessário levá-lo a
uma Assistência Técnica Autorizada – ATA para revisão,
reparo ou ajuste.
1.1.6 Do not use any acessories that are not reccomended
by the manufacturer.
1.1.7 While operating the machine, never wear long sleeved
clothes.
1.1.8 Check if the equipment tension is the same from the

power grid and that is connected to the grouding grid.
1.1.9 Keep your hands or any utensils far from the parts that
are moving to avoid injuries or damage to the equipment.
1.1.10 Ao realizar a instalação elétrica do equipamento,
conecte o fio de aterramento conforme as normas de
segurança locais.
1.1.11 This product was developed to be used in commercial
kitchens. It is used , for example, in restaurants, cafeterias,
hospitals, bakeries, buttlers, etc.
The use of this equipment is not recommended when:
- The production process is done in a continuous industrial
scale;
- The workplace is in a corrosive, explosive, contaminated
with vapor, powder or gas atmosphere.
