Undo velcro strap and tab,set aside
mattress with pad side up.

Press button and take apart tubes.

Pull up center strap.

Undo zipper tabs, undo zipper,
remove hooks.
Step 4 without Bassinet
Undo velcro strap and tab,set aside
mattress with pad side up

Push lock button, release evenly.

Place in Storage bag with
optional bassinet if included.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

• Foundations DOES NOT RECOMMEND refinishing this product.
However, if you choose to refinish the tubing, use only a non-toxic finish
specified for children's products.
• NEVER use this product if there are any loose or missing fasteners,
loose joints, broken parts, or torn mesh/fabric.Check before assembly
and regularly during use. Contact Foundations at 1-330-722-5033 for
replacement parts and instructions if needed. NEVER substitute parts.
• Cleaning - Surface wash with mild soap and water, rinse
with clean water and air dry.
