2 Description of the appliance
2.1

Intended use

The vrnetDIALOG communication unit is an
electronic accessory for remote configuration
and diagnosis, and for alarms from a boiler
and a simple controller such as a room tem-
perature or outdoor temperature controller,
using a modem connection and the internet.
2.2

CE labelling

The vrnetDIALOG communication unit com-
plies with the applicable guidelines and stand-
ards when the installation instructions and
manufacturer's instructions are followed.
2.3

Application

Two different models are available:
- vrnetDIALOG 820 - for use with an ana-
logue telephone connection.
- vrnetDIALOG 830 - for use with a mobile
radio network (GSM/GPRS).
The only difference between the two models
is the type of telephone network connection.
