1. IDENTIFICATION, PACKING, SHIPMENT AND STORAGE
1.1 • IDENTIFICATION
Each pump is provided with a metallic label of identification (figure1) mentioning
the manufacturer's name, address, EC mark and the following technical data:
- Type of pump
- Series number
- Capacity
- Speed (RPM)
- Head
For pump units the label also shows: (figure 2):
- Maximum pressure
- Motor power
- Voltage
- Frequency
The series number identifies unequivocally each manufactured pump. Please use
this number as a reference for every message to the manufacturer.
PACKING, LIFTING, HANDLING, TRANSPORTING
AND
ENTRUSTED TO PER SONNEL WHO HAVE
EXPERT KNOWLEDGE OF BOTH PUMP AND
MANUAL.
1.2 • PACKING
According to their dimensions, pump are shipped as follows:
– in wooden crates for some types of pump and for the
vertical pumps. (Fig. 3)
– in strapped wooden pallets. (Fig. 4)
ATTENTION!
Dimensions, net and gross weights are reported on the packing. (see figure 1)
