3.12.1 Assigning a special number to call for dial class 0
-Format: ABCD # 4 3 P
-Explanation: ABCD are the initial numbers of the telephone number
that will be allowed. These can be 1 to 4 digits and must end with #.
P is the group number (01-16).
-Description: Allows you to call only numbers that begin with ABCD.
Example: the extension 605 is in the class 0 and want to adjust so you
can call numbers starting with 0592 and 179
