Equipment Setup and Use:

Prior to use:

a. Inspect the product looking for any visible damage or sharp edges that could
be caused by a drop or impact during storage.
b. Make sure product has been properly cleaned and disinfected and wiped dry
prior to each use.

Setup:

1. Position the patient in the Hug-u-Vac Steep Trend positioner, A-60001 or A- 60005,
on the OR table per the appropriate instruction manual.
2. Place 1 blade clamp on each side of the table as close to the end of the head
of the table as possible.
NOTE: Never attach the Steep Trend Secondary Supports to the head section of the
table.
