Switch the robot off and
let it cool down. Turn it
back on. If the problem
persists, please contact
the DOMOOVA after-sales
service.
Check the front bumper
and gently tap it to loosen
it.
Clean the gap sensors
using a soft cloth.
Check the laser module
and remove any elements
that could prevent it from
functioning correctly.
Place the robot on a flat
surface and restart a
cleaning cycle.
Manually place the robot
on its home base. Check
that the robot's power sen-
sors are in contact with the
home bases contacts.
Manually unplug the robot
to launch its cleaning cycle.
Switch the robot on by
pressing the ON/OFF
power button.
