Proper use
The device is designed for the intended use only,
i.e. it must only be connected and operated as
described in the operating instruction. The device is
designed for soldering using genuine Würth system
accessories.
Any other use is considered improper use.
The user is liable for damage resulting
from improper use.
Scope of delivery
Upon receipt, check that the delivery is complete
and in good order.
The device consists of:

Start up [fig. I]
Make sure that the operating voltage conforms with
the data specified on the type plate.
Set the power switch [6] to 0.

Plug the power cord [17] into the rear of the
■
device. Plug the power cord into the socket.
Connect the soldering iron [10] with the power
■
supply unit and place it in the holder.
Note
Do not hit the soldering iron against
hard surfaces, since the ceramic heat-
ing element is fragile.
Moisten the sponge [7] well and place it in the
■
holder [8].
Switch on the device.

Set the required temperature using the rotary
■
knob [15].
