ISTRUZIONI PER L'INSTALLAZIONE
Per l'installazione del sollevatore seguire quanto indicato di seguito oppure quanto riportato nel documento ANSI/ALI
ALIS "American National Standard for Automotive Lifts - Safety Requirements for Installation and Service".
Il sollevatore deve essere installato su di un pavimento piano ed orizzontale in grado di reggere i CARICHI TRASMESSI
AL PIANO DI APPOGGIO (fig. 1).
Requisiti per l'installazione
Le caratteristiche di minima della pavimentazione debbono essere:
a) Calcestruzzo utilizzato: classe R'bk 250 o superiore
b) Spessore minimo della pavimentazione al netto della eventuale pavimentazione e del relativo massetto di posa:
5 7/8" (15 cm).
c) Armatura superiore ed inferiore realizzata con rete elettrosaldata ø5/32" x 5 7/8" (ø4x15 cm) od assimilabile, con
maglia non superiore a 9 13/16" (250 mm). Copriferro non superiore a 1" (25 mm).
d) Portanza del terreno non inferiore a 18.5 lbs/inch
Le caratteristiche esposte debbono essere garantite su di una area minima di ft 15x5 (m 4,00x1,50), nella quale non
debbono essere presenti giunti di dilatazione o tagli che interrompono la continuità della maglia superiore.
Avvertenze generali
• La portanza minima del terreno sul fondo dello scavo deve essere non inferiore a 7.1 lbs/inch
• Con "livello pavimento" si intende il piano di calpestio del pavimento finito, sia questo rifinito a piastrelle che con
gettata di cemento duro od altro (fig. 2).
• Per evitare l'insorgenza di fenomeni corrosivi nel telaio della cassa, durante il posizionamento della stessa prestare
la massima attenzione a non danneggiare il rivestimento protettivo (verniciatura) del telaio.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
To install the lift, follow the instructions indicated below or in the document ANSI/ALI ALIS "American National
Standard for Automotive Lifts – Safety Requirements for Installation and Service".
The lift shall be installed on a flat ground, able to support the LOADS TRANSMITTED TO THE BEARING SURFACE
(fig. 1).
Installation requirements
Flooring minimum requirements:
a) Concrete used: class R'bk 250 or higher
b) Flooring minimum thickness, net of any tiling and of the relevant laying block: 5 7/8" (15 cm).
c) Upper and lower reinforcement made of electro-welded mesh ø5/32" x 5 7/8" (ø4x15 cm) or similar, with mesh not
bigger than 9 13/16" (250 mm). Bar cover not bigger than 1" (25 mm)
d) Ground load bearing capacity not lower than 18.5 lbs/inch
Above-indicated features shall be ensured over a minimum area of ft 15x5 (m 4,00x1,50), in which no expansion joints
or cuts shall be present interrupting the continuity of the upper mesh.
General warnings
• Minimum ground load bearing capacity on excavation bottom shall be not lower than 7.1 lbs/inch
• "floor level" means the trampling surface of the finished flooring, be it tiled or finished with hard concrete pour or
other material (fig. 2).
• To avoid any cage frame corrosion, during positioning take the utmost care not to damage frame protective coating
(painting).
