DANGER!
•Before starting any type of physical activity, consult a doctor.
•Incorrect or excessive exercise can cause serious injury. If you feel any pain,
dizziness, faintness or shortness of breath, stop exercising immediately and
consult a specialized doctor.
•Do not use the equipment if you are ill or under the influence of drugs,
alcohol or any substance that affects your psychomotor ability.
•Do not use the equipment barefoot, with heels or worn soles. Make sure that
there are no stones stuck to your shoes.
•Do not wear loose clothing, jewelry, chains, loose hair and other objects.
Always wear clothing intended for physical exercise.
•Never position yourself on the front fairing or on the rear finishes, even when
it is switched off, on or tilted, to avoid any accident.
•Never leave the conveyor directly on the moving tarpaulin, whether it is tilted
or not, use the side of the conveyor to support your feet or gradually reduce
the speed until the tarpaulin stops completely. Also use the treadmill
handrail to support yourself while exercising or when going out and entering
the treadmill.
•Never remove the front fairing with equipment connected or in use.
•Never place your hand between the conveyor belt and the fairing when the
equipment is being used, risk of serious accident to the user or to third
parties.
•Fold the equipment carefully so as not to damage it. Risk of causing serious
damage to the user. When unfolding the equipment, do not allow it to fall in
free fall, as there is a risk of damage or damage. Do not unfold the
equipment near children or animals. Risk of crushing.
•When not in use, accommodate or store the equipment in a safe manner (it
must prevent unintentional unlocking, falls and movements).
•For Treadmills, after completing the exercise, either leave the emergency
button on or remove the safety key and store it in such a way that no children
or third parties can inadvertently switch on the equipment.
