B. Surface Mount/Surface Mount Side Mirror. (See figure 2.)
1.
Using the bezel as a template, scribe the four mounting hole locations
and a wire routing hole location on the mounting surface.
2.
Drill four 9/64" mounting holes and a 13/64" wire routing hole at the
previously scribed locations.
All drilled holes should be free of burrs and sharp edges. All wire routing
holes should be grommeted and/or sealed to avoid wire and/or vehicle damage.
3.
Insert the grommet into the wire routing hole.
4.
Complete the electrical connections.
5.
Align the bezel over the previously drilled holes and secure with the
provided screws.
6.
Snap in the 3600 series light head into the bezel.
C. Rear Door Mount. (See figure 3.)
1.
Using the top of the angled bracket as a template, scribe the three
mounting hole locations and a wire routing hole location on the desired mounting
surface.
2.
Drill three appropriate mounting holes and an appropriate wire routing
hole at the previously scribed locations.
3.
See figure 3. Place the four screws through the front of the bezel so that
they are aligned with the standoffs located in the back plate and secure.
4.
Complete the electrical connections.
5.
Align the bracket with the drilled holes and secure with the provided
screws.
6.
Push the 3600 light into the bezel.
D. Cast Surface Mount. (See figure 4.)
1.
Using the aluminum bezel as a template, scribe the two mounting hole
locations and a wire routing hole location on the mounting surface.
2.
Drill two 5/32" mounting holes and a wire routing hole (size and location
of the wire routing hole should be according to the location of the wire harness) in the
previously scribed locations.
All drilled holes should be free of burrs and sharp edges. All wire routing
holes should be grommeted and/or sealed to avoid wire and/or vehicle damage
